Flip-Pal Mobile Scanner and Capture-ID from Couragent

The Video of the Demo for the Capture ID and the Flip Pal can be viewed at the end of the article.

This video is the roll out of the Capture-ID from Couragent, formerly known as Rocky Mountain Ventures. This is the business version of the mobile scanner that is very similar to the standard Flip-Pal Mobile Document Scanner but this has a few new features that will be very useful for the business environment.
The Capture-ID
Patented Technology and designed for simplicity with features and innovations that are not available in the market place.
The Capture-ID is very similar to the Flip-Pal Mobile Scanner but the Capture-ID is more geared toward businesses, hotels, security companies and health care professionals. It comes with wireless interface and the ability to upload to a cloud for instant sharing.
Both of these mobile optical scanners are affordable, precise and fast. They give you the ability to digitally capture any information you may need to have for later use while you are a way from your desk. They are small and run on batteries and do not need to be tethered to the computer to make a scan. This is a major plus when it comes to portable scanning. A scanner is not really very mobile if you have to connect to a computer every time you want to make a scan. The savings in paper and savings due to increased efficiency make the Flip-Pal and the Capture-ID Scanners a bargain.

They both use the patented flip and scan technology that allows you to scan a document in place just by taking the cover off the bottom of the scanner. You can see through from top to bottom so anything you are scanning can be seen easily and scanned with precision.

Flip-Pal for Business
The Capture- ID comes complete with Wi-Fi and the ability to scan to binding technology that allows you to scan the page of a book without getting that wave that makes it impossible to read. The stitching software allows you to also make partial scans of larger objects that will be spliced seamlessly to give you one larger item. It is amazing that size of some of the scans it can make for you. You will see one good example on the Video from the link above as Gordon Nutall shows how it is done by scanning a large sections of a Colorado map.

The technology from the creators of the Flip-Pal Mobile Document Scanner just keeps getting better and better. They have created scanners that can be used by just about anyone because they are so simple and intuitive. All you have to do is supply the items to be scanned and the Flip-Pal or Capture-ID Scanners will do the rest. Be sure to check out all the information you need at the The Flip Pal Web site. You can find answers to all your questions and also shop for your scanner. Order is simple and quick so don't wait order one today so you will have it for the holiday season.

Don't leave home without the flip pal portable scanner

The Flip Pal portable scanner is something everyone should have in there back pack.  If you are traveling the world the flip pal can do many things your camera can not do and it will allow you to easily scan things up close and personal that would just not look right in pictures.

The Flip Pal also scans pictures right in there frame and the stiching software allows for multiple scans of an object to be "stitched back together to form one full size document.  This is necessary because the Flip Pal is small enough to put in your purse.  It does not have the capacity to scan full page documents in one swipe.  However the software that Couragent uses is exellent.  The stiching capability is the final detail needed to make this amazing scanner a work of art.

The Flip-Pal has a bright future and for under 150 you can't go wrong.  Just give it a try and see if you feel the same way.
