Warranty Information

One Year Limited Warranty

You will get a one year limited warranty with your Flip-Pal but there is one important thing to keep in mind in case you ever do have to get a replacement scanner.  The company can either send you new or refurbished model as a replacement.  I don't particularly like this way of meeting warranty obligations but it is their policy so just remember it if you ever have an issue.  I don't think you will get any less quality or anything that is not just like new but some people are upset when they find out it is a refurbished model once it arrives. This covers you if anything malfunctions during the first year that is no fault of your own and it also covers you if the Flip-Pal Mobile Scanner you received is defective or would not work out of the box.  This is highly unlikely to occur but it is nice to know Couragent has a policy that will make sure you get what you paid for and that your scanner is in good working order so you can make scans right away. 

Replacement units may be new or factory refurbished.

You get a full 30 days to decide whether you want the product or if you would like a different scanner or just want a refund. Couragent will give you a full refund if you send the scanner back with original packaging, in new condition and with all the parts and accessories.
